From the Heart Healthy Cookbook published by Barnes and Noble Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon white pepper |
1/2 teaspoon celery seed |
5 teaspoons onion powder |
2 teaspoons garlic powder |
2 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Put in an empty salt shaker. 3. A a couple pieces of uncooked rice to prevent clumping. 4. Use on your food instead of salt. |
