salsa Ingredients:
500 g tomatoes, diced |
55 g white onion, chopped |
8 g fresh cilantro, chopped |
6 g garlic, minced |
170 g corn |
1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped |
100 g cooked black beans |
5 tbsp lime juice (of 1/2 lime) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. Allow flavors to blend in refrigerator for at least an hour, taste and adjust seasonings. |
