Salsa Verde Chicken Dinner

Chicken in Green Salsa Sauce w/ Pineapples
Ingredients:
16 oz chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup pineapple chunks - fresh
16 oz salsa verde
2 cups brown rice - cooked
4 cups salad
2 avocados
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions:
1. Brown Seasoned Chicken in 1TBSP Olive Oil
2. Add Salsa and Pineapples
3. Simmer on low for 15 Minutes.
4. Chop some celery and green onions very fine and add the remaining olive oil and vinegar. Put the avocado in mixture and stir. Toss mixture with the salad greens.
5. Plate with the brown rice and pour the salsa/pineapple sauce over the chicken and rice.
6. Very spicey and sweet.
