12 ounces ground turkey, cooked per recipe, net from 16 ounces fresh |
1 egg |
1/2 cup bread crumbs |
1 finely diced onion |
1 garlic clove, minced |
3/4 cup salsa, divided |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Coat a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl, combine turkey, egg, bread crumbs, onion, garlic and 1/2 cup salsa. Mix thoroughly. 3. Place turkey mixture in loaf pan and spread evenly. Top with remaining 1/4 cup salsa. Bake for 50-60 minutes. |
