2 tbs olive oil |
1 green bell pepper |
1 large onion |
3 celery stalks |
3 garlic cloves |
28 oz. stewed tomatoes |
28 oz. crushed tomatoes |
1 tsp salt |
1 tsp ground pepper |
3 tbsp cilantro |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in pot. Add all veggies except tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes. Add tomotoes and bring to a boil. Stir in cilantro and serve. |
