Salsa Shrimp In Avocado Halves

these are so great as an appetizer.very refreshing flavor.hope you enjoy it
Ingredients:
1 lb. of shrimp, boiled, peeled and deveined, then chilled
salsa
6 plum tomatoes, chopped
1 jalapeo, finely chopped (i use my small chopper)
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped (i chop with jalapeno)
1/2 red onion, chopped fine
squirt of lime juice
salt and pepper
dash of balsamic vinegar if tomatoes aren't great
Directions:
1. Mix salsa and set aside.
2. 2 halved, pitted avocadoes
3. Juice from one lemon
4. Brush lemon juice on avocado halves.
5. Mix shrimp and salsa with just enough sour cream to stick together.
6. Mound in avocado halves.
