1/2 cup butter |
1/2 cup ketchup |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon onion, chopped |
1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
2 teaspoons hot sauce |
1/4 cup brandy |
Directions:
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan. 2. Add the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion, vinegar, garlic salt, and hot/habanero sauce. 3. Simmer for 5 minutes. 4. Add the brandy and simmer 5 more minutes. Remove from heat and cool. |
