Great salsa for dipping. I use it in allot of my recipes. I can it for use at any time. Ingredients:
29 ounces rotel tomatoes & chilies |
29 ounces tomato sauce |
29 ounces crushed tomatoes |
1 cup water |
1 large onion, diced |
7 jalapeno peppers, diced |
1/4 cup white vinegar |
2 teaspoons salt |
2 tablespoons dried onion flakes |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
2 teaspoons chili powder |
1 teaspoon dried cilantro |
Directions:
1. 1. Add all ingredients to a large pot and cover. 2. 2. Bring to a boil. 3. 3. Partially remove cover and simmer until desired thickness is achieved. 4. 4. Cool and enjoy. |
