Being interested in homemade yogurt and having lots of it available, I tried making a cucumber salsa raita which turned out delicious. Today, I thought about making a raita with tomato salsa. I tried it and it was delicious - even by itself. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon tomato salsa, either hot or mild |
2 tablespoons plain yogurt (or more), greek style |
Directions:
1. Mix salsa and yogurt together with a fork or whisk and enjoy. 2. This recipe can be multiplied as much as you want - just remember to use 1 part salsa to 2 parts yogurt (or more). 3. Increasing the amount of yogurt will make the raita milder... |
