I got this recipe from my sister. There are so many ways to use this, and it is so good, much better that salsa in a jar. Ingredients:
4 plum tomatoes, diced |
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes, undrained |
2 (3 ounce) cans dried green chilies |
1 bunch green onion, chopped |
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro |
1 tablespoon white vinegar |
2 teaspoons salt |
2 teaspoons pepper |
1 teaspoon sugar |
2 teaspoons light soy sauce |
1 teaspoon lime juice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mixing well. Cover and chill 8 hours. |
