This salsa is a family favorite spicy thick smokey flavor goes great with chips and guacamole
Ingredients:
2 cans of whole tomatoes with juice
6 chipolte peppers(smoked jalapenos)
4 cloves garlic
8 stems of cilantro
1 forth teas cumin
pinch of sugar
salt to taste
2 tbls olive oil
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients except olive oil in blender and pulse to desired consistancy
2. heat olive oil in sauce pan add all ingredients from blender simmer 20 minutes and serve enjoy!
