Easy meatloaf with a southwestern twist. Great for a weeknight dinner with a salad and oven fries or baked potatoes. Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef or 1 lb lean ground buffalo |
1 egg |
1 cup rolled oats |
1 cup salsa, from a jar, use your favorite kind (i like 505 brand) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. 2. Bake in oiled loaf pan at 350° F for 45 minutes. |
