Directions:
1. /2 lbs. small red-skinned potatoes, halved 2. T. olive oil 3. -inch thick slices of red onion 4. /4 c. sour cream 5. /2 c. halved grape tomatoes 6. /4 c. chopped cilantro 7. /2 t. each groud cumin & ground coriander 8. Salt and pepper to taste 9. Cook potatoes until done. Toss with oil and salt and pepper. 10. Mash with rest of ingredients. 11. calories |
