Salsa Macaroni and Cheese

A twist on traditional mac and cheese
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 (16 ounce) jar chunky salsa
1 3/4 cups water
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
3/4 lb velveeta cheese, chunked
Directions:
1. Brown meat.
2. Drain.
3. Add salsa and water.
4. Bring to a boil.
5. Stir in macaroni.
6. Reduce heat and cover.
7. Simmer 8-10 minutes.
8. Add Velveeta.
9. Stir until melted.
