Ingredients:
1 can(s) black beans (drained & rinsed)
1 can(s) black eyed peas (drained & rinsed)
1 can(s) corn (drained)
1 can(s) rotel tomatoes w/ green chiles
2 serrano peppers, seeds removed and diced (or jalepenos)
2-3 clove(s) garlic
1 bell pepper (any color) diced
1/2 small onion, or 1 small shallot
1/2 cup(s) italian dressing
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine. That’s it. Refrigerate til ready to eat.
