So fresh and good! Great for summer and super easy. Perfect for chips and salsa, nachos, burritos, tacos, etc. Ingredients:
2 medium tomatoes (quartered) |
1/4 medium sized onion |
4 sprigs cilantro |
2 garlic cloves |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
4 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 jalapeno (1/3 for mild, 2/3 for medium all for spicy) |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in food processor. 2. Pulse until desired consistency. 3. To change it up you can add 1 mango for mango salsa. |
