Ingredients:
1 (#10) can diced tomatoes |
1 (#10) can tomato sauce |
2 large onions, chopped |
12 jalapenos, chopped |
1 cup diced green peppers |
2 ounces seasoned salt |
12 ounces crushed red pepper |
2 ounces taco seasoning |
12 ounces cayenne pepper |
1 ounces granulated garlic |
4 ounces cilantro |
4 (12-ounce) beef patties |
mozzarella, texas toast, lettuce, sour cream, for garnish |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a larger container. Chill. The Thurman Cafe uses the Salsa on a 12-ounce burger that has been fried and topped with 3 ounces of mozzarella cheese and served open-faced on Texas Toast on a bed of lettuce.
