This is a really easy and yummy recipe from the book, 101 Things to Do with a Slow Cooker. We like it with quesadillas or taquitos. Ingredients:
3 cups salsa (your homemade recipe is best!) |
6 cups beef broth |
1/2 cup long grain white rice |
Directions:
1. Cook 4-6 hours on low until rice is done. 2. Don't overcook! |
