Just a little something I came up with while bored of plain scrambled eggs. Serves 2 or 3, but if you're really hungry it can serve one or can be doubled to serve more! Ingredients:
6 eggs |
3/4 cup chunky salsa |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese (i use parmesan mixed with tomato basil) |
1 teaspoon garlic |
Directions:
1. Scramble together all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Pour into a saucepan and cook over low-med heat until done. |
