4 cups chopped tomatoes |
1/4 cup minced fresh basil |
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper |
2 garlic cloves (minced) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients; let stand 30 minutes. |
