A simple yet delicious dip for any event! Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese |
16 ounces salsa |
1/4 cup grated mild cheddar cheese |
1/4 cup grated monterey jack pepper cheese |
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In an 9 inch round pan, using a knife, cover the bottom of the pan entirely with cream cheese. (The layer can be as thin or as thick as you would like). 3. Pour the jar of salsa evenly over the cream cheese. 4. Sprinkle the three cheeses over the top of the salsa evenly. 5. Place the pan in the oven and cook until all the cheese has melted. |
