Easy to make and something that everyone will love. Ingredients:
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
16 ounces salsa verde, medium |
3 1/2 cups brown rice |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. In a 3 quart baking pan spread rice evenly on bottom with 1 cup water. 3. Then place chicken breasts on top of rice. 4. Pour salsa onto everything and place in oven. 5. Let cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until salsa is bubbling and rice is cooked. |
