Ingredients:
4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts |
1 cup(s) grated mild cheddar cheese |
1 1/2 cup(s) picante sauce |
4 tablespoon(s) sour cream |
4 tablespoon(s) taco seasoning |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Using a meat mallet, pound the chicken breasts to about 1 inch thickness. Season them liberally with taco seasoning and place them in a casserole dish. 3. Pour the picante sauce over the chicken. Bake for 25 minutes, or until juices run clear. 4. Top the chicken with grated cheese; bake 5 minutes more. Serve with a tablespoon of sour cream on top. |
