This is something that is a little different but tasty. My aunt Pat gave me this recipe and I hope you enjoy it. It is good served over hot rice or noodles. Ingredients:
2 boneless chicken breasts |
1 cup salsa |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 teaspoon brown mustard |
Directions:
1. Mix together salsa, brown sugar, and brown mustard. 2. Brown chicken add salsa mixture. 3. Cook (covered) over medium heat for 20 minutes or until done. |
