This is a quick and simple recipe for students or for just plain busy people without alot of prep time.
Ingredients:
1 frozen chicken breast
1 cup of uncooked rice
1/2 cup frozen vegetables
salsa
Directions:
1. Place rice, chicken, and veggies in a pot.
2. Replace half of the water necessary to cook rice with salsa and pour into pot.
3. Cover pot.
4. Heat until boiling and then simmer until chicken is cooked thouroughly. (This recipe is easily modified for more people and as much salsa as one would like for flavor).
