This is an easy way to spice up chicken. Found in the Healthy Body Cookbook. Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1 cup salsa |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Spray baking dish with cooking spray, and place chicken in a single layer. Spoon salsa evenly over the chicken. 3. Sprinkle parm evenly over salsa. 4. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes; remove foil & cook an additional 10 minutes. |
