A quick, easy and yummy dip that comes from my favorite little cookbook Low Fat Mexican Recipes. Note: Cook time is chill time. Ingredients:
1 pint fat-free cottage cheese |
2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise |
1 cup chunky salsa (your favorite) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Serve with baked tortilla chips or use as a dip for fresh vegetables. |
