Put a different twist on your traditional salsa with the addition of more veggies. Note - no peppers here so if you like a hot salsa, add 2-3 chopped jalapeno peppers to the mix. Ingredients:
1 onion, finely chopped |
1 cucumber, finely chopped |
3 tomatoes, finely chopped |
3 radishes, finely chopped |
1 bunch green onion, minced (tops too) |
1/2 bunch cilantro leaf, minced (no stems) |
1/4 cup vinegar |
1/4 cup oil |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 dash salt |
1 dash pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and chill. 2. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips. |
