Pretty simple salsa, I'm told by the originator that it's authentic. Ingredients:
6 plum tomatoes, chopped into 1/4 ",cubes |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1/4 cup red onion, chopped |
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped loosely packed |
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. combine everything, mix, adjust seasoning. 2. Allow to sit for a couple hours in the fridge for the flavors to meld. |
