This is a very good salsa recipe. It reminds me of my favorite restaurant, Chili's! Ingredients:
1 (14 1/2 oz) can tomatoes with green chilis |
1 (14 1/2 oz) can whole tomatoes, undrained |
4 tsp jalepenos (from jar) |
1 tsp onion powder |
3/4 tsp garlic salt |
1/2 tsp cumin |
1/4 tsp sugar |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into a food processor or blender. 2. Blend for only a few seconds at a time until you get the desired consistancy. 3. Let sit in refrigerator for at least 8 hrs or overnight before serving so that the flavors blend. |
