14 1/2 ounces no-salt-added diced tomatoes |
2 roma tomatoes, diced |
1/2 lime, juice of |
1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced |
1/3 cup cilantro, chopped |
2 jalapeno peppers, minced |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
6 scallions, diced (white parts only) |
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. |
