Use this salsa with my chicken flautas recipe or with chips. Ingredients:
2 cups roma tomatoes, chopped |
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chili peppers, drained |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1/2 cup chopped green pepper |
1/2 cup snipped cilantro |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients. 2. Cover and chill for several hours or overnight. 3. Stir and serve with chips or as a topping. |
