Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 pound hot italian sausage |
1 pound sweet italian sausage |
2 tablespoons chopped garlic |
1 red onion, sliced |
1/2 pound cremini mushrooms |
2 cups white wine, preferably pinot grigio |
1 sprig fresh rosemary |
cooked lentils, for service |
Directions:
1. In large saute pan over medium high heat, add olive oil. Add sausages, garlic, onions and mushrooms to pan and saute until browned, about 4 minutes. Add wine and rosemary and reduce by half. Serve over precooked lentils. |
