Sal's Hot Sauages

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound hot italian sausage
1 pound sweet italian sausage
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
1 red onion, sliced
1/2 pound cremini mushrooms
2 cups white wine, preferably pinot grigio
1 sprig fresh rosemary
cooked lentils, for service
Directions:
1. In large saute pan over medium high heat, add olive oil. Add sausages, garlic, onions and mushrooms to pan and saute until browned, about 4 minutes. Add wine and rosemary and reduce by half. Serve over precooked lentils.
