14 ounces salmon or 14 ounces tuna, reserve |
1/4 cup water |
1 slightly beaten egg |
1/2 cup flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder, heaping |
Directions:
1. Drain meat, save 1/4 cup liquid. 2. break apart meat with fork. 3. add flour and beaten egg. 4. to mix well add 1 teaspoon baking powder to the reserved liquid, beat until foamy. 5. pour into fish and stir. 6. using to 2 teaspoons form ball and bake in deep fryer. watch they brown fast remove and drain on the paper towel. |
