Ingredients:
14 ounces salmon or 14 ounces tuna, reserve
1/4 cup water
1 slightly beaten egg
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder, heaping
Directions:
1. Drain meat, save 1/4 cup liquid.
2. break apart meat with fork.
3. add flour and beaten egg.
4. to mix well add 1 teaspoon baking powder to the reserved liquid, beat until foamy.
5. pour into fish and stir.
6. using to 2 teaspoons form ball and bake in deep fryer. watch they brown fast remove and drain on the paper towel.
