Salmon with Mustard Crust Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs salmon |
3 -4 tablespoons dijon mustard |
1 garlic clove, minced (or to taste) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Lay Salmon skin down on tin foil. 3. Spread garlic over entire fish flesh. 4. Generously spread mustard over garlic. 5. Place in oven 15-20 minutes. 6. Broil the last couple of minutes for extra crisp. |
