Directions:
1. place 6 oz salmon piece on individual parchment paper, cover with (1/4 portion each) green beans, lemon zest, capers, olive oil, and salt & peper. Twist parchment paper like a tootsie roll. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 20 minutes. Parchment paper will poof & brown salmon should be done |
