Salmon With Creamy Lime- Dill Sauce |

1 lb salmon fillet |
1/4 cup dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon dried dill or 2 tablespoons fresh dill |
2 tablespoons cream cheese |
1/4 cup lime juice |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 tablespoon sugar |
Directions:
1. Spray broiler pan with cooking spray. Place salmon in the pan, skin side down. 2. In a small bowl, combine 1/2 the mustard with 1 tablespoon dill and spread on the salmon. 3. Broil salmon for 10 to 12 minutes until just opaque in middle. 4. In another small bowl, combine remaining ingredients until creamy; pour over fish. |
