Salmon With Bourbon And Brown Sugar Glaze

Fish seasoned to perfection with a hint of brown sugar sweetness.
Ingredients:
4 tbs. butter
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1 1/2 lbs. salmon steaks
1/3 cup bourbon
Directions:
1. 1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. 2. stir in brown sugar.
3. 3. Place salmon steaks on top of mixture and cook for 5 minutes.
4. 4. Turn salmon, and pour bourbon around the steaks.
5. 5. Coutinue cooking for 5 minutes or until fish tests done with a fork.
6. 6. Serve salmon with the glaze spooned on top.
