Salmon With a Lemon Teriyaki Glaze |

This is an old recipe that has survived the times. This glaze works so well on grilled salmon Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce |
1/3 cup sugar |
1/4 cup rice wine |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 teaspoon ginger, minced |
1 lemon, juice of |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
6 salmon steaks |
Directions:
1. In a pot, combine the soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, garlic, ginger, lemon juce and dry mustard. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce heat and cook for a few minutes until syrupy. 2. Preheat the grill. 3. Cook the salmon steaks for about 8 - 10 minutes. Brush with the glaze a few times on each side during cooking. |
