Salmon Tomato Dijon Mustard Salad - No Mayo

Low fat and yummy. Tuna or other fish flakes can also be used. You can decide the ratio of fish to tomato.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup fish, flakes
1 cup diced tomato
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon sugar (optional)
1 teaspoon soy sauce (optional)
1/4 cup french beans, diced and cooked (or other vegetable)
Directions:
1. Mix everything together.
2. Serve on toast, french bread, or crackers.
