Salmon Tomato Dijon Mustard Salad - No Mayo |

Low fat and yummy. Tuna or other fish flakes can also be used. You can decide the ratio of fish to tomato. Ingredients:
1/2 cup fish, flakes |
1 cup diced tomato |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste) |
1/4 teaspoon sugar (optional) |
1 teaspoon soy sauce (optional) |
1/4 cup french beans, diced and cooked (or other vegetable) |
Directions:
1. Mix everything together. 2. Serve on toast, french bread, or crackers. |
