Easy, fast and delicious. Great for breakfast, lunch, brunch at any time. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese |
4 -6 bagels |
2 stalks green onions, finely chopped |
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced, cubed |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 (16 ounce) packages smoked salmon, thinly sliced |
2 hard boil eggs, sliced |
Directions:
1. In a bowl add cream chesse with green onion and red onion and mix well. 2. Drizzle the salmon with a little bit of salt and pepper to taste, making sure they're no too salty. 3. Cut bagels in half, toast, add cream chesse mix, salmon, any left over onions and slice hard boil eggs. |
