1 large fresh filet of salmon about eight inches long |
capers |
dash kosher salt |
fresh ground pepper |
4 tbls white 'drinking wine' ( serve with if so inclined) |
wax paper |
Directions:
1. gentley wash fish and feel for any bones 2. pat dry 3. place skin down in middle of wax paper 4. add salt pepper and wine 5. fold paper til sides meet on top and fold over to close on top leaving air space between fish and 'roof' of paper 6. fold and enclose both ends 7. place in micro for 6 minutes |
