This reminds me of a very good Japanese Restaurant we love to eat at Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets |
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
2 teaspoons sherry wine |
2 teaspoons soy sauce |
2 teaspoons hot chili sauce |
1 tablespoon lemon |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1 shallot |
4 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. mix everything together except salmon and butter 2. brown salmon in 2 tablespoons butter remove from heat when still rare. 3. add shallot to pan until soft pour in sauce mixture add remaining butter and reduce until it is a syrup ,add salmon back in pan to cover serve with rice and broccoli. |
