You can also do this with tuna steak Ingredients:
4 ounces salmon steaks |
1 tablespoon oil |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Lightly oil a large piece of aluminum foil and arrange salmon in single layer. 2. Sprinkle with lemon juice and pepper to taste. 3. Fold foil over salmon and seal, place on baking sheet. 4. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for about 15 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. |
