Every time I serve this it disappears quickly. The lime juice gives it zip. Ingredients:
6 oz. canned salmon |
1 1/2 tblsp. minced onion and chives |
6 oz. cream cheese |
juice of 1/2 lime |
a little milk |
parsley |
wheat crackers |
Directions:
1. Whip milk and cream cheese till fluffy. 2. Add the rest of the ingredients, beat 3. place in covered container chill 3 hours. 4. Garnish with parsley and serve with crispy wheat crackers |
