This is a family favorite for the holidays. My family would be disappointed if I did not make this every year. Ingredients:
1 can red or pink salmon (drained, bones removed) |
6-8 oz cream cheese |
1/4 cup green onions, chopped |
1-1/2 tbsp. chopped parsley |
2 tbsp. sour cream |
1/8 tsp. white pepper |
1/4 tsp. celery salt |
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke |
dash thyme and coriander |
chopped parsley |
chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. Mix all but last two ingredients in mixing bowl. Form into two balls or logs. Roll each in walnuts and/or parsley until coated. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for several hours until chilled. Serve with crackers. |
