                    This is a good party salmon spread. Its easy to make and will disappear....Serve with crackers Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1/2 stalk celery  |  
                                                1/8 medium green pepper  |  
                                                1/4 medium onion  |  
                                                3-4 springs of parsley  |  
                                                1 8oz cream cheese, softened  |  
                                                2 tablespoons lemon juice  |  
                                                1 teaspoon dry dill weed  |  
                                                1 can (15 oz) salmon, drained, flaked, remove skin and bones  |  
                                                parsley and lemon slice for garnish  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. In food processor chop celery, green pepper, onion and parsley. 2. Add cream cheese in half inch chunks and process to mix well. 3. Add lemon juice, salt and dill weed; process to mix. 4. Transfer to a bowl, with fork, stir in salmon until well blended. 5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. 6. To serve , mound spread onto plate; garnish as desired. 7. Makes about 2 1/2 cups                              |
