For the love of Salmon......If you can't get fresh why not try this. Quick, Tasty, and Healthy recipe. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can salmon |
3 big handfuls baby spinach |
1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh garlic |
1 onion, finely chopped |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon white pepper |
1 teaspoon dill (optional) |
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven at 350 degrees. 2. Finely chop onion. 3. Drain the salmon;. 4. Combine spinach, onion,and salmon. 5. Add salt & pepper. 6. Mix. 7. Place in a 6 x 9-inch greased baking dish. 8. Bake for 45 minutes. |
