Inexpensive and impressive dip for any occasion. Yummy too! Ingredients:
1 (210 g) can pink salmon |
1 (250 g) packet light cream cheese |
seafood cocktail sauce |
lettuce leaf |
Directions:
1. Using a knife mix together salmon and philly cheese. 2. Press into a bowl and refrigerate til firm. 3. Shred lettuce and place on a serving plate, forming a bed. 4. Turn dip out onto the lettuce bed. 5. Spread seafood cocktail sauce over to cover. |
