Ingredients:
12 ounces salmon, packed in water
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. combine salmon and parsley in a bowl
2. add mayo, mustard , salt , pepper
3. yields about 1/2 cup per serving.
